Hello Friends! I know it’s been a while, but here I am again, starting with this one minute meditation from the Blue Ridge Parkway in North Carolina. If you haven’t ever had a chance to spend some time on this wonderful road, I highly suggest it as it is a real treasure. I was there one night at sunset recently and watched a beam of sunlight shine out of the cloud like a spotlight. It was fantastic! Here’s a small capture of the evening.
