This week’s puzzler is a plant stalk with a bunch of tiny, gorgeous blue-black “beads” at the top. It can be found on the forest floor, in the eastern United States, in the fall. Check it out here. Look familiar?

If it was a single blue ball I’d have thought it Clintonia. I haven’t a clue
