Hi all,
I hope you are having a great weekend and enjoying the last weeks before we step into fall. For today’s puzzler I decided to feature a sound clue from my recent travels out west. This sound comes from an animal that once used to be common throughout North America but now can be found primarily in the west, though there are small populations in western Pennsylvania and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. You’ll only hear this sound in the fall and only if you’re in one of the states this animal lives.
Watch this short video and see if it’s a sound you recognize.
Did you know I’m doing a giveaway again and that you have a chance to win a FREE PRIZE? On December 1st I will pull one name from a hat to see which lucky blog subscriber will win a free custom sampler pack of my greeting cards. It’s a prize worth $25 and the cards are so beautiful you will have trouble giving them away. All you have to do to get YOUR name in the hat is 1. Be a blog subscriber (This means every time I publish a new post you will get notification in your email box. If you’re not already, you can hit the subscribe button in the upper right of the blog post page) and 2. Answer a puzzler correctly before the end of the weekend by using the reply box below the post. The more times you answer correctly, the more times your name will be entered in the drawing. Good luck! It’s doesn’t take much time to guess and you definitely can’t win if you never try.
